Oral presenters will have 15 minutes to present, followed by 4 minutes of question and answer, and 1 minute for speaker change. The timing will be strict, and session chairs will be requested to stop speakers exceeding the 15 minutes presentation slot. Presenters should introduce themselves to the
session chairs during the break before the start of their oral session.
Special Sessions may divert from these rules. If so, your Special Session organizer will inform you.
The presentation computer will be provided by conference organizers. Personal computers can in any case not be used. The presenters should upload their presentation by USB key in the Speaker Ready room at least 90 minutes before the session. We recommend that speakers test their presentation, sounds, and videos well before the session starts. Your presentation Laptop will be a Windows Laptop running the following software:
- Office 2010 -Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Adobe Reader 11
- VLC, Windows Media Player, Quicktime
- Internet Explorer, Firefox

Presentation in Special Sessions
The format of special sessions may vary, and may contain a mixture of oral and poster presentations. Presenters in these sessions will receive a special information from their respective special session chairs.
Poster boards are in portrait format and are exactly 115 cm wide and 145 cm high; posters of size A0 fit only in portrait orientation, of size A1 fit in both (portrait and landscape) orientations.
Mounting/ dismounting posters
Presenters are advised to mount their posters in the Coffee Break or Lunch Break before the start of the session, and dismount it after the end of the session. Material to fix the posters will be available on site. Posters have to be dismounted after the end of the session. Conference organizers will not be responsible for the posters left after the dismounting time.
